ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a tool called the Craniocervical Dysfunction Index, which helps assess issues related to neck and jaw pain, specifically in people who have Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Dysfunction. The researchers want to make sure this tool works well for Turkish-speaking adults by testing how reliable and valid it is for measuring neck and jaw problems. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to include adults aged 20 to 60 who have neck pain that isn’t linked to a specific injury or condition and can speak Turkish.
If you or someone you know is interested in participating, you would need to be between 20 and 60 years old and willing to communicate in Turkish. Unfortunately, if you are over 60 or have certain neck mobility issues that affect posture, you wouldn’t be eligible. Participants can expect to help improve the understanding and assessment of neck and jaw pain, which may lead to better treatment options in the future.
