ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a Peer Leadership Program can help nursing students improve their empathy, social skills, and leadership abilities. The program involves more experienced nursing students, called peer mentors, who will support and guide their fellow students. Researchers want to see if this mentoring makes students feel more confident in their social interactions and leadership roles.
To participate in this study, students must be enrolled in the nursing program during the 2024-2025 academic year and be in their second, third, or fourth year of studies. First-year students are not eligible to be peer mentors. Participants can expect to engage in activities that promote teamwork and communication skills, which will help them develop important qualities for their future nursing careers. This study is not currently recruiting participants, but it aims to gather valuable insights into how peer mentoring can enhance nursing education.
