ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is designed to explore how two specific treatments—cognitive correction and stimulus control—can help people with chronic insomnia. Chronic insomnia is a condition where individuals have trouble sleeping regularly, and this study aims to better understand how changing thoughts about sleep and managing sleeping environments can improve sleep quality and behaviors.

To participate in the trial, individuals must be at least 18 years old, have a diagnosis of insomnia, and show specific sleep-related issues on questionnaires. Participants should not have severe physical or mental health problems, and certain sleep disorders or other specific conditions may prevent someone from joining. While the study is not yet recruiting, those who participate can expect guidance on how to improve their sleep habits and cognitive patterns related to sleep. It’s a chance to contribute to research that may help others struggling with insomnia in the future.
