ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how practicing yoga and meditation can help improve stress levels and boost the immune system among medical students. The researchers have developed a special yoga program called "GSY Goodbye Stress with Yoga Protocol." This program combines different yoga poses, breathing exercises, and guided meditation, all designed to help reduce stress and improve overall health.
To participate in this study, you need to be a medical student at the University of Pecs. Unfortunately, if you have certain health conditions, like recent injuries or chronic pain, you won't be able to join in for safety reasons. If you do take part, you can expect to learn various yoga techniques that might help you manage stress better and improve your body’s ability to fight off illnesses. The trial is currently looking for volunteers, and anyone interested can find more information on how to get involved.
