ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new approach called the "aggression management care bundle" for patients with psychotic disorders, like schizophrenia. The goal is to see if this care bundle can help reduce aggressive behaviors in patients at a psychiatric clinic. Researchers want to find out if using this bundle can lower the number of aggressive incidents, decrease the use of methods that restrict patients, and ensure that the care bundle is followed correctly by the staff.

To participate in the trial, individuals must be between 18 and 65 years old, be able to speak and understand Turkish, and have a diagnosis related to schizophrenia or psychosis. They should also be newly admitted to the hospital and show some signs of aggression based on specific questionnaires. Participants can expect to receive either the new care bundle or standard care during their stay. The trial is currently looking for volunteers, and it's an important step toward improving care and safety for patients with these conditions.
