ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of a breathing technique called Ujjayi pranayama on patients who have recently undergone heart bypass surgery, known as Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG). The goal is to see if this practice can help improve lung and heart function, which may support recovery and overall health. The trial is still in the planning stages and hasn't started recruiting participants yet.
To be eligible for this study, participants should be at least one day post-surgery, stable in their condition, and able to breathe without assistance. They must also be willing to participate voluntarily. However, some people may not qualify, such as those with severe health issues or certain medical conditions like unstable blood pressure or previous lung diseases. If you decide to participate, you can expect to learn about the breathing technique and how to practice it, with the hope that it will aid in your recovery after surgery.
