ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating whether two nutritional supplements, Osteoimplant Complex® and Osteoimplant®, can help improve healing after oral surgery, specifically the removal of lower third molars (commonly known as wisdom teeth). The researchers want to see if taking these supplements before and after surgery can reduce pain and improve bone density, which is the strength of the bone. They aim to find out if these products make a difference in how patients feel after surgery and how well their bones heal.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult between 18 and 40 years old who is having both lower wisdom teeth removed. You also need to be in good health with no serious medical conditions, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and not allergic to any of the study medications. If you join the trial, you will receive either the nutritional supplements or a placebo (a non-active pill) during the surgery and recovery period. The study is not yet recruiting participants, so there is no need to sign up at this moment, but it's an exciting opportunity for those eligible to potentially enhance their recovery experience.
