ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking into how yoga can help improve mental well-being and overall quality of life for women who experience Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). PMS can cause emotional and physical symptoms before a woman's period, and the study aims to see if practicing yoga can make a difference in how these women feel.
To participate in this trial, women need to be between the ages of 18 and 25, have a body mass index (BMI) lower than 30, and must have regular menstrual cycles along with documented PMS symptoms. Women who have certain medical conditions, such as hormonal disorders or have had surgeries related to their reproductive system, will not be eligible. If you qualify and decide to join, you can expect to engage in yoga sessions designed to help manage PMS symptoms and improve your overall well-being. The trial is currently not recruiting participants, but it is an important step toward finding more natural ways to support women dealing with PMS.
