ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial, called "Foot Muscles Training in Sclerosis," is focused on understanding how an 8-week training program can help improve stability in people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). The program will specifically target the muscles in the feet to see if this training can make a difference for patients who experience muscle weakness and balance issues due to their condition.

To participate in this study, individuals should be between the ages of 65 and 74 and have a moderate level of disability, as measured by a specific scale called the Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS). However, potential participants should not have cognitive issues, certain vision or balance disorders, or recent changes in their MS treatment. They also need to be stable and not experiencing an acute relapse of their MS in the two months before the study begins. Participants can expect to engage in training designed to improve their balance and may have the chance to contribute to important research that could help others with similar challenges in the future.
