ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new artificial intelligence (AI) device called ScanNav, which is designed to help doctors learn how to perform a specific type of anesthesia called regional anesthesia using ultrasound guidance. The goal is to see if this AI tool can make it easier and more effective for anesthesiology residents, who are doctors in training, to learn these important skills.
To participate in this study, applicants need to be anesthesia residents who have never used ultrasound for regional anesthesia before. If they've had prior training in this area, they won't be eligible. Although the study is not yet recruiting participants, those who join can expect to use the AI device during their training sessions, helping them learn in a supportive environment. This trial aims to improve the way future doctors are trained in regional anesthesia, potentially leading to better patient care.
