ClinConnect Summary
The Longitudinal Well-Being Study is a clinical trial that aims to see how well the Flourish app, a digital tool designed to promote mental health, can help students feel better and manage stress. The study will compare students using the Flourish app with a control group that will receive helpful mental health resources. The main questions are whether using the app regularly improves mental well-being and if using it more often leads to even better outcomes.
To participate in this study, you need to be a student, fluent in English, and not have any serious mental health conditions affecting your daily life. Participants will start by completing a 15-minute survey to assess their mental health. Those using the Flourish app will need to use it at least twice a week, while the control group will receive weekly resources to help them reflect on their mental health. Over six weeks, all participants will fill out follow-up surveys to track their progress, with one final survey three months later. This study is not yet recruiting, so keep an eye out for updates!
