ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new program designed to help patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) who are starting to use a CPAP machine, which is a device that helps you breathe better at night. The goal is to see if this program, which includes motivational support, can improve how well patients use their CPAP machines, how well they sleep, and their overall quality of life compared to those who only receive standard care without any extra help.
To participate, you must be an adult with OSA who speaks Italian and is just beginning to adapt to using a CPAP machine. Unfortunately, if you are a minor, already comfortable using a CPAP, or cannot understand Italian, you won't be eligible for this study. If you join, you'll go through a four-step program aimed at motivating you throughout your treatment. The trial is currently recruiting participants, and everyone will be monitored to see how these different approaches affect their sleep quality and daily life.
