ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how a special device that uses focal vibration can help improve speed and power in athletes who do squats. The goal is to see if using this device as a warm-up before doing squats can make a difference in their performance. Athletes will be asked to perform a set of squats using a weight that is 60% of their maximum lifting capacity after using the vibration device.

To be eligible for this study, participants should be aged between 18 and 35, have experience doing weighted squats, and train at least three times a week. However, those who have recently had a sports injury, have used focal vibration treatment before, or are currently taking certain medications that could affect the results will not be able to participate. The study is not yet recruiting participants, so if you’re interested, keep an eye out for updates!
