ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial, called FIBROIA, is studying a new online rehabilitation program designed for people with fibromyalgia, a condition that causes widespread pain and fatigue. The program combines personalized exercises guided by artificial intelligence (AI) and education about how pain works in the body. The goal is to see if this approach can help reduce pain and improve physical function over 12 weeks. Participants will be divided into two groups: one will use the AI-guided program, while the other will receive standard care. The study will measure changes in pain levels and physical abilities, as well as overall quality of life.

To participate, individuals must be between 18 and 65 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of fibromyalgia. They will also need access to a smartphone or computer and be able to follow the online program. The study is not open for recruitment yet, but it aims to reach a wide range of patients, especially those who may not have easy access to traditional in-person treatments. This research could lead to better and more accessible treatments for fibromyalgia in the future.
