ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how much patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) know about cardiovascular risk factors, which are things that can increase the chance of heart problems. The study will also explore how active these patients are, how well they understand health information, and what they think about the benefits and challenges of exercising. Researchers will compare the findings from CKD patients to those from healthy individuals to see if there are any differences.
To participate in this study, you need to be between the ages of 18 and 65 and have chronic kidney disease. Unfortunately, if you have cognitive problems or struggle with reading and understanding information, you won't be eligible. If you decide to join, you'll help researchers learn important information that could improve health care for people with CKD. The study is currently recruiting participants, and everyone is welcome regardless of gender.
