ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at whether a training program can help nursing students manage their time better and reduce procrastination, which is when people delay doing tasks. The study will involve a five-day training where students will learn about time management strategies and how to overcome procrastination. Researchers want to find out if this training not only helps students get their work done on time but also improves their overall performance in school and their well-being.
To participate, students must be over 18 years old, enrolled as full-time nursing interns at the university, and be able to understand and speak Turkish. During the study, participants will take tests before and after the training to measure any changes in their procrastination habits and will also provide feedback on the program. The study is set to take place over four months, starting in November 2024, and will include about 70 nursing students. It's a great opportunity for those looking to enhance their time management skills while contributing to important research!
