Anxiety Exercises Total Knee Replacement Surgery

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at how progressive relaxation exercises can help reduce anxiety in patients who have undergone total knee replacement surgery. The researchers want to see if these relaxation techniques can make patients feel calmer and more comfortable during their recovery.

To participate in this study, individuals need to be at least 18 years old, speak and understand Turkish, and have had total knee replacement surgery. They should be able to stay in the hospital for about four days after the surgery and should not have any psychiatric diagnoses. If you join the study, you can expect to engage in relaxation exercises while monitoring any changes in your anxiety levels. It's important to note that the trial is not yet recruiting participants, so there will be more information available as it gets started.
