ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the effects of a special education program about pain, called pain neuroscience education, combined with exercise for people suffering from rotator cuff related shoulder pain. The goal is to see if this approach can help reduce pain, improve daily activities, and enhance overall quality of life for individuals experiencing shoulder issues like impingement syndrome and tendinopathy.

To participate in this study, individuals need to be between 40 and 65 years old and have experienced shoulder pain for at least three months. They should have specific signs of shoulder problems, like pain during certain movements, and a pain level between 3 and 7 on a scale where 10 is the worst pain imaginable. Participants can expect to learn more about their pain and how it relates to their condition, alongside engaging in exercise. The trial is currently recruiting, and anyone interested should check for eligibility and further details.
