ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding how to predict anxiety disorders in men who experience premature ejaculation (PE). PE is a common issue that can affect not just sexual health but also emotional well-being. The goal of this study is to create a model that can identify which patients are at higher risk of developing anxiety related to their condition. By recognizing these individuals early, healthcare providers can offer better support and treatment options.
To participate in the trial, men aged 65 to 74 who have been diagnosed with PE and meet certain criteria can enroll. This includes being in a stable, monogamous relationship and not having severe erectile dysfunction. Participants will complete questionnaires and have interviews to help gather information on their mental health. Throughout the study, researchers will analyze this information to refine the prediction model. Those who take part will help improve care for future patients dealing with similar challenges, making it an important step towards better understanding the link between sexual health and anxiety.
