FAPI PET/CT in Various FAP-Related Disease Patients

This clinical trial is looking at a special imaging test called FAPI PET/CT to see how useful it is for diagnosing tumors in patients with conditions related to FAP (Familial Adenomatous Polyposis). The goal is to find out if this test can help doctors identify both new tumors and those that have spread to other parts of the body. The trial is currently recruiting participants between the ages of 18 and 75, and both men and women can join.

To be eligible for the trial, participants need to be adult patients who have either suspected or recently diagnosed cancer, or have had cancer treatment in the past. They must also have a scheduled FAPI PET/CT scan and be able to give their consent to participate. However, individuals with benign (non-cancerous) tumors, pregnant women, and those who cannot or do not want to provide written consent will not be able to join. If you participate, you can expect to undergo this specialized imaging test and contribute valuable information that may help improve cancer diagnosis in the future.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • (i) adult patients (aged 18 years or order); (ii) patients with suspected or new diagnosed or previously treated malignant tumors (supporting evidence may include MRI, CT, tumor markers and pathology report); (iii) patients who had scheduled FAPI PET/CT scan; (iv) patients who were able to provide informed consent (signed by participant, parent or legal representative) and assent according to the guidelines of the Clinical Research Ethics Committee.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • (i) patients with non-malignant lesions; (ii) patients with pregnancy; (iii) the inability or unwillingness of the research participant, parent or legal representative to provide written informed consent.
