This clinical trial is studying a device called AeviceMD, which is designed to help detect wheezing in both children and adults who may have respiratory issues like asthma or bronchial diseases. Wheezing is a whistling sound that occurs when breathing and can indicate problems in the lungs. The main goal of this study is to see if the AeviceMD can detect wheeze as accurately as a doctor can using traditional methods like listening to lung sounds with a stethoscope. Additionally, the trial will explore whether this device can be used to listen to breath sounds remotely, which could be very helpful in monitoring patients from a distance.

To participate in this trial, you or your child should be at least 3 years old and have been diagnosed with an asthma flare-up by a doctor in the emergency department. It’s important that you or your guardians are willing to give consent for participation. Participants will be monitored to see how well the AeviceMD device works compared to standard medical practices. If there are any other serious health issues, they may not be eligible to join the study. Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • The subject is willing and/or parents/guardians are able to give informed consent for participation in the study.
• • Male or Female, aged ≥ 3 years.
• • Diagnosed with acute asthma exacerbation by an ED provider.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Any other significant disease or disorder which, in the opinion of the Investigator, may either put the subjects at risk because of participation in the study, or may influence the result of the study, or the subject's ability to participate in the study.
