ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how well respiratory support (like machines that help with breathing) works for children who use it at home. The main goal is to understand how parents feel about this support and whether they think it is helping their child. The trial focuses on children who have certain health conditions, such as sleep apnea, obesity, or other breathing difficulties.
To be eligible for the study, children need to be between the ages of 0 to 18 and currently using respiratory support at home. However, children who are receiving palliative care (care focused on comfort), invasive ventilation (more intense breathing support), or high-flow oxygen therapy (a specific type of oxygen treatment) will not be included. Since the trial is not yet recruiting participants, there is still time for families to learn more about it. If eligible, families can expect to share their experiences and opinions about the respiratory support their child receives, which could help improve care for other children in the future.
