ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a treatment called Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMT) for patients with degenerative meniscus lesions in the knee, which can cause pain and affect daily activities. The goal of the study is to see how effective PEMT is at reducing pain and improving the quality of life and knee function for those suffering from this condition.
To be eligible to participate, individuals should have experienced knee pain for at least two months and have MRI results showing meniscus degeneration. They also need to be in good health for rehabilitation and able to follow instructions. However, some people may not be able to join if they have certain conditions, like recent knee treatments, severe arthritis, or specific health issues. Participants can expect to receive PEMT and will be monitored for its effects on their pain and overall knee function. This trial is still in the planning stages and hasn’t started recruiting participants yet.
