ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new method to help people who have lost bone in their jaws, specifically in the area where teeth implants are placed. The study will compare two techniques using a special type of bone graft called allogenic dentin—one using a block form and the other using a shell form. The goal is to see which method works better for restoring the bone shape needed for dental implants.
To participate in this trial, you should be between the ages of 65 and 74 and have insufficient bone in your jaw to support an implant. You also need to be in good overall health, meaning you don’t have any serious medical conditions that could complicate surgery, and you must be willing to maintain good oral hygiene. Participants will undergo a procedure to have the bone graft placed and will need to attend follow-up appointments to monitor their progress. This study is currently recruiting, so if you or someone you know fits the criteria, it could be a great opportunity to explore new treatment options for bone loss.
