ClinConnect Summary
The Tea(m)Time study is looking at how to help hospital staff work better together as a team and handle stress more effectively. Hospital employees often face a lot of pressure, which can lead to psychological stress. While many programs focus on helping individuals cope, this study wants to explore how strengthening team resilience can make a difference. The Tea(m)Time intervention will assess stress levels and promote teamwork among staff members. Researchers will gather information from participants at different times to understand what works best in building team resilience.
To participate in this study, individuals must be at least 18 years old, understand German well enough to communicate, and be currently employed at one of the participating hospitals. Those on sick leave or under 18 are not eligible. Participants can expect to engage in activities designed to enhance their team’s ability to cope with stress, and their experiences will contribute to improving the overall well-being of hospital staff. This research is important as it aims to create supportive environments for healthcare workers, ultimately benefiting both the staff and the patients they serve.
