ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring whether coloring mandalas—geometric patterns—can help reduce test anxiety among nursing students. Test anxiety is a common issue that can make it hard for students to perform well during exams. The study is currently looking for participants, specifically nursing students enrolled in a Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing course at a private university. To join, students need to be proficient in Turkish, not have any physical disabilities that would prevent them from coloring, and be willing to take part voluntarily.
Participants will engage in mandala coloring activities and will be asked to fill out some questionnaires to help researchers understand the impact of this activity on their anxiety levels. It’s important to note that students with diagnosed psychological conditions, such as anxiety or depression, will not be eligible to participate. Additionally, those who skip the coloring sessions or do not complete the surveys may also be excluded from the trial. This study aims to find new ways to help students manage their anxiety and perform better in their studies.
