ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different ways to help people who have chronic neck pain that lasts for three months or more. One group of participants will receive a treatment called percutaneous neuromodulation, which involves using small electrical signals to help relieve pain. The other group will only do therapeutic exercises designed to improve neck strength and flexibility. The goal is to find out which approach works better in reducing neck pain.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be men or women aged between 30 and 65 years who have been experiencing neck pain for at least three months and are not currently receiving other physiotherapy treatments. Some people will not be able to participate if they have certain medical conditions, such as serious neurological issues or a history of spine surgery, as these could interfere with the treatment. If you join the trial, you can expect to learn more about how these treatments work and hopefully find some relief from your pain. The study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to help improve care for those suffering from chronic neck pain in the future.
