ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking into a new technology called the HyperSnap Surgical System (HSS1) to see how it can help during certain types of laparoscopic surgeries, specifically for bowel resections (removing part of the intestine) and gallbladder surgeries (cholecystectomy). The goal is to determine if this imaging system can improve outcomes for patients undergoing these procedures.
To be part of this study, participants need to be adults aged 18 or older who are scheduled for elective surgery due to gallstones or gallbladder inflammation, or for colorectal cancer. They must also be able to provide written consent to join the trial. Unfortunately, individuals under 18, those with certain medical histories, or who are pregnant cannot participate. While the trial is not yet recruiting participants, it aims to offer valuable insights into how advanced imaging technology can enhance surgical procedures and patient care.
