ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at ways to improve communication between Dutch-speaking patients and healthcare providers in Brussels when they need care after regular office hours. The goal is to find out which translation tools can help make these conversations easier and more effective, so that everyone receives the best possible care.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult who lives in Brussels and speaks Dutch. This includes patients, Dutch- or French-speaking general practitioners (GPs), and employees from health organizations. If you join the trial, you’ll be asked about your experiences and thoughts on using technology to overcome language barriers in healthcare. This research is important because it aims to make sure that language does not prevent anyone from getting the medical help they need when they need it most.
