ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how well the body absorbs amino acids after people consume milk protein, both with and without the addition of a specific probiotic (a type of good bacteria that can help with digestion). The goal is to see if taking this probiotic will make a difference in how much amino acid is absorbed by the body over a three-week period.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 35 years old and should not have taken any nutritional supplements or performance-enhancing aids in the last six weeks. You'll also need to be in good health, as determined by a health history questionnaire, and willing to follow the study's guidelines. If you decide to join, you can expect to take either the milk protein supplement with or without the probiotic and share your experiences with the researchers. It's important to note that this study is not yet recruiting participants, so you’ll need to wait until it starts to apply.
