ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on a type of therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help people with Panic Disorder. The goal of the study is to see how well this therapy can help individuals manage their panic symptoms, reduce negative thinking (rumination), and build their ability to cope with challenges (self-resilience). The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to find out if this approach can be beneficial for those struggling with panic attacks.
To join the study, participants need to be between 18 and 65 years old, have a diagnosis of Panic Disorder, and be able to understand and speak Turkish. They should also be in a stable mood during the interview and have access to a computer and the internet for online sessions if needed. However, individuals with other serious mental health issues or those experiencing panic attacks during the trial won't be eligible. If you are selected, you can expect to take part in educational sessions that focus on managing panic disorder and improving your overall well-being.
