ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking into how exercise capacity, specifically measured by a 6-minute walk test, is affected in people who have received a kidney transplant. The researchers want to understand what factors influence how far patients can walk in this test, which can give important insights into their overall health and fitness after transplantation.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be between 18 and 65 years old, have received a kidney transplant at least 6 months ago, and not have a regular exercise routine. It's important that they can participate voluntarily and do not have certain health issues, such as major joint problems, neurological conditions, chronic lung disease, or any heart-related events in the last six months. If you join the study, you can expect to take part in the 6-minute walk test and help contribute to understanding how kidney transplants can affect physical activity levels, which may lead to better care for future patients.
