ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective a specific type of anesthesia called Point-of-Care Ultrasound Guided Regional Anesthesia (POCUS-GRA) is for treating acute pain in patients with traumatic bone fractures in emergency departments. The goal is to gather information on how this method is used in hospitals to help manage pain from injuries.
To participate in the trial, you need to be at least 18 years old and have a pain score higher than 3 due to a recent bone fracture in one of a few specific body areas like the leg or arm. However, certain individuals, such as those who are intubated, pregnant, or unable to clearly communicate their pain, will not be eligible. If you qualify and choose to participate, you'll be contributing to important research that may improve pain management for future patients in similar situations.
