This clinical trial is studying how to create accurate virtual models of the face to help plan orthognathic surgery, which is a procedure used to correct jaw and facial bone issues. To participate in the trial, individuals must be at least 18 years old and scheduled for orthognathic surgery. They also need to have certain imaging studies done before the surgery. However, people with specific conditions, such as cleft lip or facial syndromes, or those who have had certain cosmetic procedures, will not be eligible. Participants can expect to undergo careful planning and monitoring throughout the process to ensure the best possible results from their surgery.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Patients undergoing orthognathic surgery and preoperative radiographic study with CBCT and MRI
• • Patients with age \> or = 18 years old
• • Obtaining informed consent
• • Patients with preoperative teleradiography and orthopantomography
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • patients with cleft lip-palate, facial malformations and/or syndromes (syndromes with involvement of the cephalic extremity, such as sd of Apert. Cropuzon, Ofeiffer, Treacher Collins)
• • patients who have undergone application of Medpor prostheses or who have undergone ancillary procedures (lipofilling, fillers, volumetric facial augmentations with insertion of polyethylene ketone prostheses)
