ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new method for repairing defects in the gum area of the jaw, specifically using a special flap taken from the scalp. The goal is to see if this technique is safe for patients with certain types of gum problems related to the lower jaw. The study is currently looking for participants aged 18 and older who have specific gum defects but still have healthy jawbone structure.
To participate, individuals must have a gum defect in the front or side of their jaw and be willing to follow up with the study for at least three months. They should not have had previous surgeries that might affect blood flow in the scalp area. If eligible, participants will receive care related to their condition and will help researchers understand how effective and safe this new reconstruction method is for people with oral diseases.
