ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a technique called manual diaphragmatic release can improve breathing in women who have rheumatoid arthritis. This technique may help women with this condition breathe better by releasing tension in the diaphragm, a muscle that plays a key role in breathing. The study will involve women aged 40 to 60 who have had rheumatoid arthritis for more than two years and have mild lung issues.
To be eligible for the trial, participants must have a body mass index (BMI) under 30 and should not have serious chest diseases or heart problems. They also shouldn't be smokers or have had any joint surgeries in the last six months. Women who are pregnant are not eligible to participate. While the trial is not yet recruiting, those who qualify may have the opportunity to try a new method that could help improve their lung function and overall health.
