ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a 16-week aerobic exercise program can help women aged 18 to 40 who suffer from migraines. The goal is to see if regular exercise can reduce the frequency and severity of migraine attacks, as well as improve aspects like physical fitness, neck pain, and overall quality of life. Participants will take part in treadmill sessions three times a week, tailored to their fitness levels, and will undergo various assessments to measure changes in their headache-related disabilities and sensory perception.
To be eligible for the study, women must be diagnosed with migraines that occur between three and eight days each month. They should not have other types of headaches, serious medical conditions, or be engaging in regular exercise. This study aims to find out if aerobic exercise can be a safe and effective way to manage migraines, which could lead to more accessible treatment options for those suffering from this condition.
