ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at two mobile health apps designed to help reduce hot flashes and improve sleep for women. The study will last for five weeks and is completely remote, meaning you can participate from home. Participants will use either the Evia app or the Talli Care app daily and share their experiences and feedback about how well the app works for them.
To be eligible for the study, you need to be a woman aged 40 or older who experiences at least 36 hot flashes a week. You must also be able to use a smartphone and understand English, as the apps are only available in that language. However, if you're currently using any treatments for hot flashes, you will need to stay on the same regimen during the study. This trial is a great opportunity for women looking for new ways to manage their symptoms, and your input could help improve these digital tools for others in the future.
