ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "Sleeper Stretch in CrossFit Participants," is looking into how a specific exercise called the sleeper stretch can help improve shoulder movement, strength, and overall upper body performance in CrossFit athletes who experience shoulder pain. The goal is to see if this stretch can make a real difference for those participating in CrossFit workouts.
To be eligible for this study, participants need to be active in CrossFit, attending classes more than twice a week. However, people with certain conditions, like major shoulder injuries or recent fractures, won’t be able to join. If you participate, you can expect to engage in the study while continuing your regular CrossFit activities, and the study will monitor any changes in your shoulder health and performance. This trial is currently recruiting participants aged 18 and older, regardless of gender.
