This clinical trial is studying a new tool called the Trak Rehabilitation Platform, designed for patients who have had knee replacement surgery. The goal is to see if using this platform, along with regular physical therapy sessions, can help patients recover better and faster than standard rehabilitation alone. Researchers want to find out if the Trak platform allows patients to become more independent in their daily activities, improves their quality of life, and reduces the number of in-person visits needed for rehabilitation.

To participate in the trial, you need to be between 18 and 85 years old and have had knee replacement surgery at the Cruces University Hospital. You should also need rehabilitation services at the hospital and be able to use mobile devices or have someone to help you with them. If you join, you will work with the Trak platform as part of your recovery plan, attend physical therapy sessions, and complete assessments to track your progress. This study is currently looking for participants, so it’s a good time to consider joining if you meet the criteria and want to help improve recovery options for knee surgery patients.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Patients aged \>18 and ≤85 years.
• • Patients who underwent surgery for the implantation of a knee prosthesis at the Knee Unit of the Cruces University Hospital.
• • Patients who require on-site rehabilitation at the Cruces university hospital rehabilitation service.
• • Patients who have signed the Informed Consent.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Patients with intellectual disability or cognitive impairment.
• • Patients with a history of knee infection.
• • Patients who cannot make use of mobile applications, cell phones, tablets, laptops or e- mail and who do not have the support of a family member or caregiver to provide support to make use of these technologies.
• • Patients who have not signed the Informed Consent.
