ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new way to help pregnant women learn about breastfeeding using technology. The study uses virtual reality and gamified digital training to teach mothers the skills they need for successful breastfeeding. By experiencing breastfeeding in a virtual environment and participating in interactive games, mothers can gain confidence and knowledge that may help them breastfeed more effectively after their baby is born.
To participate in this trial, women should be healthy and pregnant with their first baby, plan to breastfeed, and have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer. They should also be comfortable using technology and playing games. Unfortunately, women with certain health conditions or complications that could affect breastfeeding won't be eligible. While the trial is not yet recruiting participants, it presents an exciting opportunity to potentially improve breastfeeding education and support for new mothers.
