ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, titled "Physical Activity and Work Ability in University Staff," aims to understand how leisure-time physical activity (LTPA) affects the ability of university staff to perform their jobs. Researchers are particularly interested in how factors like gender and the physical activity involved in their work (occupational physical activity or OPA) play a role in this relationship. To gather information, staff members from the University of Alcalá will fill out an online survey that asks about their physical activity, work ability, health, and workload.
To participate in this study, you need to be a staff member at the University of Alcalá and able to understand Spanish. Unfortunately, individuals with certain cognitive limitations, neurological conditions, severe mental illness, or uncontrolled health issues like heart or diabetes problems cannot take part. If you do join the study, you can expect to share your experiences through a survey, helping researchers learn more about how physical activity influences work performance and health in university settings.
