ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how two different exercise programs, called 'Tone Your Body' and 'Boost Performance', affect physical fitness and body composition in adults aged 30 to 65. The goal is to find out which program is better at improving overall fitness, increasing muscle mass, and reducing body fat over a 12-week period. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two programs and will have their fitness levels and body composition measured before and after the training.
To join the study, individuals must be healthy adults aged 30 to 65 who have not done strength training in the past six months. They should be capable of performing basic strength exercises like leg presses and chest presses. However, those with certain medical conditions, like heart disease or arthritis, will not be eligible. Participants can expect to engage in a structured exercise program for three months, contributing to valuable research that could help others improve their health and fitness in the future.
