ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at different ways to relieve chronic hip pain, which is pain that lasts a long time in the hip area. The researchers want to compare two methods: one is called a PENG block, which is a type of nerve block that helps reduce pain, and the other combines this nerve block with a technique called pulse radiofrequency ablation. The goal is to see which method works better for managing pain and how long the pain relief lasts.
To participate in this trial, you need to be between 18 and 80 years old and have chronic hip pain. However, there are some criteria that might exclude you, such as having severe health issues, allergies to the medications being used, or certain medical devices like pacemakers. If you join the trial, you can expect to receive treatment aimed at easing your hip pain, and you will be closely monitored throughout the process. This study is currently not recruiting participants, but it aims to help improve pain management for people suffering from chronic hip pain.
