ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "Lifewise Preventive Video Education in Primary Care," is designed to explore how short educational videos can help patients learn about healthy habits and prevent health problems during their visits to primary care clinics. The goal is to see if these interactive videos can effectively educate patients about making better lifestyle choices, which is important for maintaining good health and preventing future issues.
To participate in this study, individuals need to be between the ages of 18 and 80 and must be able to understand and consent to the study. Unfortunately, those who do not speak English, are in hospice care, or have advanced dementia will not be eligible. If you decide to participate, you'll watch a brief video during your clinic visit that focuses on healthy dietary habits and overall health maintenance. This trial is still in the planning stage and has not yet started recruiting participants, but it aims to make preventive health education more accessible to everyone.
