ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how using a stress ball can help reduce anxiety and improve comfort for pregnant women during a non-stress test (NST). NST is a simple and safe procedure used to check the well-being of the baby, typically starting from 32 weeks of pregnancy. High anxiety levels during this test can sometimes lead to unclear results, which is why finding ways to help women feel more relaxed is important.
To participate in this study, women need to be between 18 and 35 years old, speak Turkish, and have had at least one NST before. They should be further along in their pregnancy—at least 32 weeks—and have a healthy pregnancy without complications. Participants will be asked to use a stress ball during their NST to see if it helps ease their stress and improve the test experience. This trial is currently looking for volunteers, so if you meet the criteria and are interested, you may want to consider taking part!
