ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial, called "harmony," is looking at how an app can help people manage stress. The study aims to find out if using the harmony app can make users feel less stressed and improve their overall well-being. Researchers want to see if the amount of time people spend on the app, how often they use it, and the different features they engage with can affect how well it works. By the end of the trial, they hope to find improvements in stress levels, coping skills, and satisfaction with life for those who participate.
To be eligible for this study, participants should be aged 65 and older and experience higher-than-average stress levels. They also need to have a smartphone and internet access, and be comfortable using the German language. If someone meets these criteria and agrees to participate, they can expect to use the app and share their experiences over the course of the trial. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to help older adults find better ways to manage stress in their lives.
