ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new imaging technology called BoneMRI, which uses MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) to create detailed pictures of bones in the spine. Unlike traditional MRI, BoneMRI can provide information similar to what a CT scan offers, helping doctors see the structure of the bones more clearly. The trial aims to validate this technology for use across the entire spine, ensuring it provides accurate and reliable images, regardless of the type of MRI machine used.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 12 years old and have a doctor's recommendation for an MRI or CT scan of your spine. You should be eligible for both types of scans and be able to give written consent. Unfortunately, if you are pregnant, have certain mental health conditions, or feel extremely claustrophobic, you may not be able to join the trial. If you do participate, you can expect a straightforward process that combines both MRI and CT imaging, allowing for better diagnosis and treatment planning without the risks associated with radiation exposure.
