ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring a new way to help teachers who are training for their final year by using an app that focuses on mindfulness. Mindfulness is a technique that helps people stay present and reduce stress, which can be especially important for teachers who often face high levels of anxiety and depression. The goal of the study is to see if this app can help prevent mental health issues as these future teachers transition into their classrooms.
To participate in this study, you need to be a student in Block 3 of your training program. Unfortunately, if you're in a different stage of your training or if you are experiencing serious thoughts of self-harm, you won't be eligible to join. If you decide to take part, you’ll have the opportunity to use the mindfulness app and contribute to important research that could improve mental health support for teachers in the future. The study is currently looking for participants, and it’s a chance to be involved in something that may benefit many educators.
