ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how gender affects participation in physical activities among adults with chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Researchers want to see if men and women participate differently in physical activities and how factors like work and family responsibilities influence this. They will also look at whether people’s beliefs about musculoskeletal disorders—conditions that affect the muscles and joints—and the role of physical activity in preventing these disorders differ based on gender. The main goal is to understand these differences to promote a more active and healthy lifestyle for everyone.
To participate, you need to be between 18 and 64 years old, live in the Lombardia region, and speak or read Italian. The study is currently recruiting participants, and anyone fitting these criteria is encouraged to join. As a participant, you will fill out surveys about your physical activity levels, awareness of musculoskeletal disorders, and beliefs about how activity can help prevent these issues. This research could help improve health strategies tailored to different genders, ultimately aiming for better health outcomes for all.
